Common questions
Flip failed / no story shown
Check your internet connection and try again. DreamFlip auto-retries transient network errors and refunds your token if a flip fails. If it keeps failing, email us with the approximate time of the attempt.
Out of Flip Tokens
Watch a rewarded video ad (when available) to earn a free token, then flip again. Ad availability depends on your region and AdMob fill.
Language & culture
Change App language in Settings. AI rewrites use that language plus your device country for cultural humor. Reopen the app after changing language if the UI does not refresh.
